Youth Development Leader (YDL)
Full-Time | Ages 18+ | Central Indiana
Make a difference in your community by leading before and after school programs with AYS (At Your School, Inc.)! As a Youth Development Leader (YDL), you’ll supervise activities, support a team, and help elementary students grow in a safe, fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise engaging activities (STEM, arts, games, etc.)
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and structured space for students
• Support and mentor Youth Development Associates (YDAs)
• Communicate with families, school staff, and AYS leadership

Requirements:
• Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience with kids preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
