Patient Care Coordinator – Women’s Integrative Health Clinic

Bridge Holistic Integrative Medicine in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support day-to-day patient flow and clinic operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, sending emails, managing electronic documents, preparing patients for appointments, and assisting Dr. Park as needed.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, professional, and eager to grow in a holistic healthcare setting. Strong communication skills (spoken and written), proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel, Canva, and comfort with social media are required. Must be highly organized, reliable, and able to interact warmly with patients and the team. Positive energy, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn are essential.  As the first point of contact for patients, this role is essential for creating a welcoming and efficient clinic experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer clinic phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Follow Systems in place (Phone, Scheduling, Programs)
  • Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and confirm patient bookings
  • Send and organize electronic intake forms, consent documents,  visit summaries and correspondence with patients
  • Direct patients to treatment rooms and assist with room preparation as needed
  • Provide administrative support to Dr. Park and ensure daily flow runs efficiently
  • Track patient programs and session usage
  • Assist with basic social media tasks (content scheduling, captions, or engagement)
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfortable with email and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, electronic medical records)
  • Confident and professional phone etiquette
  • Positive, proactive attitude and desire to learn
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow through with tasks
  • Passion for women’s health, holistic care, or personal development is a bonus

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing for community events, health fairs, and wellness workshops
  • Help coordinate speaking engagements (scheduling, materials, event setup)
  • Attend occasional off-site events to support Dr. Park or represent the clinic
  • Assist with marketing or promotion for upcoming events via email or social media

Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour during onboarding, with opportunities for raises and performance-based bonuses as you grow in the role.
Bonuses may be offered for patient consult conversions and other key milestones.
Team members who show care, commitment, and strong follow-through can easily reach $20+/hour.

 

Schedule:
- Starting at 12 hours/week with the opportunity to increase hours as performance and clinic needs grow.
- In-person required.
