
Growth Fellowship 2026
A Fellowship at HHN is an entry-level position designed to provide a foundational understanding of health and wellness advertising, the company, and the specific department. This role emphasizes training and development, offering access to courses such as Pharma 101, Business Writing, and Foundations of Presenting.
Fellows will also participate in executive-led discussions to gain insight into how departments collaborate to serve clients. The program offers a unique opportunity to build your professional network and receive mentorship from leaders in pharmaceutical advertising.
The Growth Fellow will support agency leadership and Growth Lead with all new business activities by coordinating and facilitating meetings with stakeholders and helping teams prepare for pitches to acquire new business at the agency or network level. The Growth Fellow will be the glue of all agency pitch teams owning the coordination and logistics of the pitch process.
Candidates selected to move forward will complete a brief video interview via HireVue. This recorded interview can be completed online using any device with a webcam.
Fellows are required to work on a hybrid basis from one of our offices in New York, NY or Boston, MA. Please note that Havas Health does not provide relocation assistance, housing, or reimbursement for moving expenses.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings in preparation for pitches and new business opportunities, closely collaborating with the Growth Lead.
- Coordinate the end-to-end pitch process for priority agency pitches, working with the Growth Lead to define the pitch calendar for new Request for Proposals (RFPs) and maintaining the calendar.
- Attend all pitch-related meetings, take meeting notes, circulate materials to stakeholders, and follow up to ensure completion of required tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for extended pitch teams (production studio, project management, editorial team, research department, etc.).
- Assist the Growth Lead in Request for Information (RFI) development.
- Partner with Account Leadership and Director of Operations to onboard team members for recently won new business (walk team members through pitch documents, coordinate medical downloads, transition job numbers and files to billable, etc.).
- Maintain and organize the agency Growth Engine (including document uploads, agency response content, case studies, team member bios, medical downloads, templates, Pitch Debrief notes, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Growth Lead on agency and network pitch training initiatives.
- Support data collection and analysis on pitch performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., meeting setup, calendar maintenance, travel booking, expense reports).
- Maintain the social media content calendar for agency marketing activities.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in agency or marketing environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to agency growth and success.
COMPENSATION
- $55,000 + Overtime (non-exempt)
