Title: Podcast Host

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only)

Compensation: $20-25 per hour
Commission: Earn commission for each qualified customer acquired through the podcast.

Job Description

We’re looking for an engaging, knowledgeable Podcast Host to spearhead our existing Digital Health Transformers series. You’ll be the voice of our brand, interviewing thought leaders, sharing technological advancements, and educating listeners about our offerings. If you’re passionate about healthcare, enjoy connecting with people, and have a sales-driven mindset, we want you on our team!

 

Responsibilities

  • Host engaging podcast episodes
  • Interview industry leaders, potential customers, and subject matter experts
  • Research topics, script episodes, and collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy
  • Ability to relate complex healthcare technology topics in an accessible and interesting way for our target audience
  • Promote our services and solutions subtly while focusing on value-driven conversations
  • Proactively identify and nurture sales opportunities from the podcast
  • Make timely introductions of qualified leads to the sales team to move accounts forward
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to align podcast content with business goals and ensure smooth lead handoffs

 

Requirements

  • Background in healthcare (HIT, tech, or healthcare sales experience preferred)
  • Existing network within the healthcare technology sector is a plus
  • Strong, confident communicator with a professional, engaging on-air presence
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and a passion for driving business outcomes
  • Must be based in the US
