Position: Collection Representative

Employment Status: Full-time

Location: Oakland Park, FL

We are a reputable financial services company seeking a dedicated Collection Representative to join our team. Responsabilities:

  • +1 year of a relevant experience in collections or similar.
  • Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection efforts.
  • Locate and contact debtors about outstanding obligations
  • Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed settlement payments via phone, SMS, emails and US mail.
  • Report address change and maintain files regarding debtors for correct and current contact information.
  • compile reports on the delinquent accounts and report missed payments to manager.
  • Interact with customers on regular basis and resolve any customer issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service/customer experience
  • Process customer payments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
  • Team player/multi-task
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
