
Creative & Growth Team Ops Intern
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive intern to help us build and manage fast-moving creative and sales teams.
This role blends recruiting, training setup, admin work, and client communication. You’ll work closely with our execs to keep projects moving, candidates engaged, clients in the loop, and our internal team on point.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like
- Scheduling and following up with new creative and sales candidates
- Sending onboarding docs, training materials, and access links
- Keeping track of who’s been hired, trained, assigned, and paid
- Messaging clients with project updates, follow-ups, and timelines
- Coordinating with designers, editors, and project leads to ship work
- Making sure assets, tasks, and deliverables are on track
- Working with executives to coordinate special projects in the technology sector
- Organizing everything inside Google Workspace, Internal Tools, Figma, and more
- Jumping into special projects or internal launches when needed
Who You Are
- Strong communicator who’s quick, clear, and direct
- Organized and on top of things—your follow-up game is strong
- Comfortable coordinating multiple threads across people and tools
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack
- Knows or wants to learn Notion, Figma, Airtable, etc.
- Curious about startups, agency ops, or building systems from scratch

- Client comms or account/project management
This is a paid, remote internship with flexible hours.
You’ll work directly with the people building companies from the ground up—and get hands-on experience in how recruiting, operations, and creative execution actually work.
