About The Role
We're looking for an ambitious, curious, and detail-oriented individual to join the fastest growing team at Mochi in overhauling and massively expanding the company’s services and offerings. In this role you will work with experienced founders and people from diverse technical backgrounds – you will work day to day with and report directly to senior leadership. You will be responsible for analyzing data, communicating clear and concisely both internally and externally to pharmacists and providers, and preforming deep research. You must make data-driven decisions to optimize for long term goals.
What You’ll Do
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Work with engineers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams to solve exciting problems
- Own strategies and work with senior leadership to execute
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement and deploy new high impact products and features
- Read, summarize, and organize
- This is not 9 to 5 job – this is an opportunity to work very hard, learn a lot, and develop skills that will serve you well later in life

Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM
- Degrees in Hardware Engineering, Mathematical or Financial Systems, Hard Sciences, or degrees with focus on Lab/Projects are a plus!
- Experience seeing a project through from fruition
- Experience with technical tools like Python/SQL/Excel
- Skills using AI tools is encouraged, but baseline comfort with technical software is required – pure vibe coding will not be sufficient
- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Live a commutable distance to our San Francisco HQ

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
