Marketplace & Platform Specialist (Volunteer)

About the Role:
TriSphere Applications is seeking a detail-oriented and platform-savvy Marketplace & Platform Specialist to optimize our presence across major app stores and digital distribution platforms. In this role, you’ll manage listings, implement monetization tools, and ensure that each app or game launch is discoverable, compliant, and strategically positioned for success. This is a great fit for someone with a sharp eye for metadata, a feel for what drives conversions, and a passion for helping mission-driven products thrive.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize TriSphere’s presence across platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, and others

Ensure compliance with platform policies, submission guidelines, and privacy requirements

Optimize app store metadata (titles, keywords, screenshots, descriptions) to boost visibility and conversion

Coordinate app launches, updates, and promotional campaigns (e.g., limited-time features, bundles)

Implement and maintain in-app purchases, subscriptions, and ad monetization frameworks

Track store analytics and performance KPIs; collaborate with Marketing & Growth on A/B testing metadata

Liaise with platform representatives when available (e.g., Apple/Google partner programs)

Qualifications:

Experience managing listings or campaigns on mobile app stores or digital marketplaces

Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization) principles and platform monetization options

Strong attention to detail and understanding of digital distribution best practices

Comfortable working with Product, Legal, and Engineering to meet platform requirements

Bonus: Experience with mobile app IAPs, subscriptions, or ad mediation networks (AdMob, Unity Ads)
