Role Overview:
As the QA Lead / Test Automation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of TriSphere’s growing suite of apps and games. You’ll lead testing strategy, design automation frameworks, and work closely with developers and product teams to catch bugs before users do. If you're passionate about clean releases, seamless UX, and building scalable testing processes, this role offers the opportunity to own quality end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
Lead all QA efforts across mobile, web, and game projects
Design and implement test automation frameworks for efficient regression and functional testing
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation for manual and automated testing
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
Manage bug tracking and coordinate test cycles for pre-release and post-release updates
Mentor volunteer QA testers and build out testing best practices across the organization
Identify process improvements and tools to enhance testing speed and accuracy
Qualifications:
Proven experience in QA engineering or test automation (preferably in mobile/web/gaming)
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to lead and mentor a QA team in a collaborative, volunteer-based setting
