Role Overview:
As the Head of Product & Design, you’ll lead the charge in defining the user experience and product strategy across our portfolio. You’ll oversee a cross-functional team of designers and product managers to craft intuitive, delightful, and effective solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape product vision and design systems in a creative startup environment where innovation and impact come first.

Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and user experience across all TriSphere projects

Guide and mentor a team of volunteer designers and product managers

Conduct market/user research to identify pain points and opportunities

Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and execution

Build and refine design systems and UX/UI best practices across platforms (mobile, web, game)

Define KPIs, collect user feedback, and continuously iterate on features and designs

Play a key role in recruitment and onboarding of new design/product team members

Qualifications:

Experience leading product management and/or design teams in a startup or agile environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and product leadership

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms

Passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences

Ability to translate big ideas into actionable plans and pixel-perfect results

Previous experience in mobile, web, or game design is a strong plus
