Our team of experienced attorneys specializes as Trial, Monitoring and Appellate Counsel throughout New York and New Jersey. We are looking to hire ambitious, aggressive and aspiring candidates who are ready to learn from the best and take their career to the next level.


 

We are hiring Associate Attorneys with 3+ years of experience to work on-site or on a hybrid schedule in all three of our dynamic offices. Candidates can expect to conduct conferences and argue motions in court, conduct and defend depositions, engage in motion practice, substantive legal analysis and evaluation, and participate in case negotiations. For those aspiring to gain real trial experience, our unique set of clients offers the opportunity to quickly gain hands-on, practical experience with binding arbitrations and trials. We employ an open, collaborative approach to case handling that involves frequent roundtabling of cases with partners with a variety of areas of expertise. Our work includes a wide array of civil litigation matters, with a focus on New York Labor Law, premises liability, construction defect, products liability, property damage, subrogation, trucking and motor vehicle cases.


 

Ideal candidates will bring any of the following to the table:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Labor Law, premises liability, construction defect and/or subrogation
  • Experience with court appearances, depositions and motion practice
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar, (New Jersey State Bar is a plus)
  • A sincere desire to learn, gain skills and maximize potential!
