
After-School Program Teacher
For the 2025-26 school year, the Seven Hills School seeks dynamic, innovative individuals committed to teaching the whole child for an opening in our after-school program, After the Bell, that serves students in Pre-Kindergarten (beginning at age 2) through 5th grade. The ideal candidate has experience with children as young as 2 years old.
Candidates should be eager to work in a collaborative, team-based environment with thoughtful, experienced colleagues who are committed to engaging teaching and learning.
The After the Bell teacher is directly responsible for the planning and successful execution of daily activities and transition times for participants of a specific age. Compensation is based on years of experience.

Hours are typically 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday with additional hours on days school is not in session and child care is provided.
Salary: $18-$20 per hour
Qualifications
All candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree from an accredited college in early childhood education is preferred
- Two or more years of experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Experience in programming for children as young as 2 years old and planning developmentally appropriate activities
