You'll be instrumental in bringing top-tier Behavior Technicians onboard, ensuring they have a seamless and supportive start to their career with us.
This is more than just an administrative role; you'll be the welcoming face of our company for new hires, guiding them through crucial initial steps and contributing significantly to our recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process specifically for our Behavior Technicians, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from application to their first day and beyond.
New Hire Systems & Training Expert: Coordinate closely with our IT department for timely account setup and activation across all essential platforms (HRIS, scheduling, EMR, etc.). You'll also deliver engaging virtual training sessions on critical topics like HIPAA compliance,, becoming the go-to resource for systems-related questions during their training period.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Accurately enter and maintain all new hire data, including licensure and certification information, within our HRIS. You'll ensure the meticulous maintenance of electronic personnel files, upholding the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
LMS Administration: Administer and assign relevant Learning Management System (LMS) courses, meticulously tracking completion for both initial training and ongoing development.
Recruitment Event Support: Actively assist in the coordination and execution of various recruitment events, including dynamic job fairs and efficient group interviews.
Warm Welcomes: Draft and send personalized welcome letters to new team members, fostering a sense of belonging from day one.
HR Support: Provide essential support to the broader Human Resources department, contributing to overall organizational goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Prior administrative support experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Human Resources or talent acquisition.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and empathetically.
