The Opportunity: Become the Next Viral Sensation
Are you the person your friends turn to for the latest TikTok trends? Do you live and breathe short-form content and have a knack for creating something that people can't stop watching? If so, we want to give you the platform to turn your passion into a profession.
We're looking for a talented UGC Creator to become a key voice for our brand. You'll have full creative freedom to develop and produce video content that resonates with a massive audience.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to go viral.
Your Monthly Mission (The Requirements):
- Be Consistent: Create and post one (1) high-quality, engaging video to your social channel(s) every single day. You'll work with our brand guidelines, and we provide viral content coaching. You can expect full ownership on concept development and execution.
- Make a Splash: Reach for at least one "viral" hit each month, defined as a video that surpasses 250,000 views.
The Compensation: Get Paid for Your Creativity & Impact
- Base Pay: a base rate per video when both requirements are met, minimum $1,000
- Viral Bonus: We believe in rewarding success. You'll earn a significant bonus of up to $5,000 per viral video. (Bonus structure to be detailed during interviews).

What’s Next: Your Fast-Track to a Full-Time Career
- Prove Yourself: Meet both monthly requirements for three (3) consecutive months

Get the Promotion (While Still in School!): If you succeed, you will be eligible to convert to a role within our company.
- Role: Content Marketing Associate
- Starting Compensation: $5,000 per month
- New Bonus Structure: Continued opportunities to earn based on performance.

Secure Your Future: As a Content Marketing Associate, you will be guaranteed a full-time position with us upon graduation.
- Role: Content Marketing Manager
- Post-Graduation Starting Salary: $100,000 per year (base)

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- A current university student in the United States.
- Deeply immersed in social media culture (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and more). You know what's trending before it's trending.
- A natural storyteller who is comfortable on camera and has a strong creative vision.
- A reliable, consistent, and ambitious self-starter who is motivated by clear goals.
- You’re not afraid to experiment, fail, learn, and try again.
- Previous experience creating content with a proven ability to get views is a huge plus, but not a deal-breaker if you have the talent.
