FRONT-END UI/UX Developer

Milestones, Inc is building the next generation of intelligent, voice-powered coaching systems for sales professionals and beyond. Backed by a world-class backend (Python/Twilio/OpenAI), we're seeking a FRONT-END UI/UX Developer with the design instincts of Apple and the data visualization chops of Palantir. If you're passionate about making powerful tools feel beautiful, human and intuitive - we want you. Although Milestones, Inc. is based in Santa Monica, California, USA, the position is fully remote. It is contract-to-hire, flexible hours, equity options available. 

What You'll Do 

Lead the design and development of elegant front-end interfaces for our AI-powered coaching platform. 

Translate real-time conversation analytics into dynamic, intuitive dashboards and visualizations. 

Integrate front-end components with a Python-based backend running Twilio and OpenAI APIs. 

Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and voice designers to create emotionally intelligent UIs. 

Ensure responsive, user-friendly design across all devices as an installable Progressive Web App. 

Required Skills 

Fluency in React.js, modern CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind CSS), and component libraries. 

Demonstrated experience building and deploying Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with install prompts and offline support. 

Proficiency in data visualization tools/ libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or Plotly. 

Strong sense of UI/UX design, wireframing, and user testing (Figma or similar) 

Familiarity with REST APIs, webhook integration, and Twilio or comparable real-time services.
