
Marketing Intern
Help Forage acquire customers to our app for the 42 Americans who use EBT:
- Work with Product Management and Marketing leads to design, implement, and optimize customer acquisition strategies (paid & organic) for EBT cardholders.
- Develop SNAP EBT editorial strategy that delivers compelling content for target audiences, heightening: brand awareness; SEO; thought leadership; and trust, with a focus on growing our social media presence and blog audience.
- Help establish and hit clear attribution models and CAC targets for each acquisition channel, optimizing growth model to refine & develop internal targets and benchmarks.
Additionally, drive user engagement and retention:
- Design & execute data-driven retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) & minimize churn.
- Implement engagement loops that create habitual app usage around key features (balance checking, rewards discovery, etc.).
- Develop re-engagement and resurrection campaigns for dormant users.
- Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and retention rates.
