
Data Integrity Analyst
Job Title: Data Integrity Analyst
Location: Ocala, FL (On site)
About Us: Join our dynamic team at Trinity Surfaces, where we are committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Integrity Analyst to help us maintain the integrity and accuracy of our data systems.
Job Objective: As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will oversee data within our ERP system, gather and analyze information, and determine where to make improvements. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the data integrity within the system supports our business model and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing:
- Update and maintain all supplier costs, ensuring pricing is up-to-date.
- Communicate with purchasing to obtain necessary information for data updates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure accurate and standardized Private Label and Agent information.
- Update contracts and maintain an accurate list of items in customer programs.
- Ensure Pricing Libraries are working correctly with other pricing features.
Item Creation:
- Work with the Marketing Department on the creation of new items to support marketing launches.
- Create new items in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Samples Manager to update stocking profiles for marketing releases.
General:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite, ERP System (Prophet 21), and MSQL.
Reporting:
- Develop KPIs and reports to support business operations using Power BI, Companion, Microsoft Report Builder, MSQL, and Excel.
Data Integrity:
- Update and maintain sales representative contact and customer account lists.
- Review and update Price Families with the Marketing Department.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Samples, and Marketing Departments to update items in the system.
- Perform mass updates to assist with inventory stocking profiles.
- Review and update all items, suppliers, users, pricing, and customer information to improve accuracy.
Data Cleanup:
- Responsible for reviewing and updating all items, suppliers, users, pricing, and customer information in system to improve accuracy.
- Review pricing, settings, designations in the system to ensure intended results of system are being realized. (External platforms, Images, Crossover List, B2B, EDI, Price List, Material Bank, Website, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Power BI, Companion, and Microsoft Report Builder
- Strong knowledge of pricing systems and data governance
- Proven ability to lead projects and train teams
- Experience with SQL preferred
- Experience with Prophet 21 ERP preferred
