Program Assistant

  • Conducts Intakes and develops Individual Employment Plans and Training Plans with clients.
  • Conducts job development and job search activities directed to positions that are individualized to the interests and uniqueness of each client’s situation.
  • Travel to partner agencies to meet with clients and assist with training, job search, and application assistance. 
  • Works with clients on interview skills and completing applications.  
  • Makes follow-up calls and updates files. 
  • Maintains all physical files, database, and other reporting requirements. 
  • Performs any other acts that may be necessary, proper, or desirable, to carry out effectively the duties and responsibilities of the position.
