About the Internship

As our Marketing Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience supporting the day-to-day marketing operations of a growing healthcare brand. You’ll work directly with our marketing team to create content, assist with campaign planning, support outreach efforts, and help maintain our digital presence across platforms. This role is a great fit for someone creative, organized, and looking to grow their skills in branding, communications, and healthcare marketing.  And you like babies too!

What You’ll Do

• Design graphics, flyers, and social media content using Canva
   
• Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut or Canva
   
• Assist in writing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
   
• Help organize our content calendar and track performance metrics
   
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations for in-clinic and online use
   
• Assist in managing our CRM system and organizing contact lists
   
• Support occasional administrative marketing tasks as needed
   
• Contribute creative ideas during team meetings and campaign planning
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using Canva for graphic design and video editing
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or Canva
   
• Familiarity or interest in learning email marketing platforms 
   
• Comfortable with social media platforms and tools to schedule or analyze posts
   
• Some knowledge of CRM systems is a plus, or willingness to learn
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
   
• Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and tone
   
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines
   
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and willingness to contribute
   
• Able to collaborate effectively and take direction well
