Five9 System Administrator- IT

Job Summary:

DaBella is looking for a motivated Five9 Administrator to support and enhance our contact center operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with the Five9 platform to maintain IVRs, queues, SMS/chat, and assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and user support. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills and make a direct impact on team performance.

 

Position Type: In person/On-Site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM, with rotating weekends

Compensation: $80k-$90k Salary

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with IVR, queue, SMS, and chat configurations in Five9
  • Support call routing, agent skills, and campaign setup
  • Help provision phone numbers and messaging flows
  • Generate reports on performance metrics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues per SLAs
  • Collaborate with teams to improve system usability
  • Document processes and create user guides
  • Begin learning Salesforce system integrations

 

Requirements:

  • 6 months–2 years experience in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • IT support experience a plus
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%)
