Customer Service -Collections Specialist

Role Description 
This is a full-time Collections Specialist role located in Mendota Heights, MN. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for debt collection, computer proficiency, customer service, and finance-related tasks on-site. The role involves daily interactions with clients and debtors to facilitate recoveries and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications 
•  Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities 
• Knowledge of Financial concepts 
• Prefer experience in the collections or finance industry 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software

$17-$21 per hour starting rate dependent upon experience

Fluent Spanish/English speaking/reading/writing - $18-$21 per hour starting range

Monthly Bonus & Commissions as earned

VERY fleixible scheduling M-F - 40 hours per week in the office
