Location: Crawford County Health & Human Services, Prairie du Chien, WI
Salary: Fully Licensed: $34.13/hr to $38.63/hr
APSW or LPC-IT or LMFT-IT: $32.32/hr to $36.59/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Masters-Level Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing substance use and/or mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in addiction treatment, strong clinical skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy for substance use and mental health disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychiatric advance practice nurse
practitioners, case managers, and other professionals
• Utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other best-practice approaches
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and ethical guidelines
• Offer crisis intervention and coordinate care with external providers as needed
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• Wisconsin Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT or APSW, LPC-IT or LMFT-IT
• Experience working with substance use and mental health disorders preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including trauma-informed care
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to a client-centered, strengths-based approach to treatment
