Job Description:
The Client Services Intern will gain hands-on experience in case management by
supporting the case management team in providing services to clients. This
internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop skills in client assessment,
service planning, resource coordination, and documentation.
Responsibilities:

Client Support
- Prepare grant applications for assessment and review. Collect and
organize client information and documentation. - Provide support to clients needing assistance with their
applications. - Participate in case conferences and assist in developing and
implementing service plans. - Research and identify additional community resources to meet
client needs. Assist clients in accessing and utilizing additional
resources. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Assist with timely
and accurate data entry and report generation. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Software Proficiency:
- Should possess strong computer skills and the ability to learn new
software quickly. Familiarity with both iOS and PC platforms is
beneficial. Should be proficient in Microsoft 365/Google
Workspace, and be/become comfortable navigating various SaaS
used in day-to-day operations such as Monday.com, Bloomerang
CRM, etc.
