New Orleans Students in Education or STEM Wanted!

We are currently recruiting Energy Justice (EJ) Media Interns to work directly with six Community-Based Organizations in Louisiana. Interns will help research the specific chemical pollutants affecting local communities and support efforts to raise awareness through media.

This opportunity is ideal for students passionate about environmental justice and storytelling. You’ll learn how to use media to drive real change and advocate for healthier, more sustainable communities.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be enrolled at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU)

Must be a rising undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate student

Must be able to participate in the internship both remotely and in person

Must be familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
