IT Systems Administrator On-site | Full-Time | Royle Printing – Sun Prairie, WI 

Royle Printing—a fast-growing, family-owned commercial printer—is hiring an experienced, full-time IT Systems Administrator to lead and support our Microsoft 365 environment. Job Summary: 

Key Responsibilities: 

Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD 

Manage user accounts, security settings, and mobile device policies 

Troubleshoot issues and support M365 integrations 

Maintain compliance and documentation 

Monitor system health and recommend improvements 

Qualifications: 

3+ years in a Systems Administrator or similar IT role 

2+ years experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager, PowerShell scripting 

3+ years experience supporting Windows 10/11, Office apps 

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
