Take the opportunity to join our two-year International Trainee Program at Vetter Pharma in Ravensburg, Germany, where we will develop a training plan tailored to your needs and connect you with different departments that are aligned with your future focus area — Global Sales & Project Management.
What can you expect?
- To begin the program on January 2026 in Ravensburg, Germany
- To get to know different areas of the business and become an expert in the bio-pharmaceutical industry
- To improve your intercultural skills
- To learn German as an additional language (no previous German language skills required)
- To receive support for relocation and coverage of travel expenses (e.g. two return flights during the program)
- A monthly fixed salary (4,000 EUR) and 40-hour week
- 30 days paid vacation
What requirements must be fulfilled?
- You received a Master/PhD in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or pharmaceutical-related disciplines, US college degree strongly preferred
- You have critical thinking skills and you are solution-oriented
- You enjoy working in an intercultural environment and you are open to occasional business trips (10-25%)
- You are open to relocate for at least 2 years to Ravensburg, Germany
- You are interested in learning German
What tasks await you?
After the Trainee Program, you may search for a role based in the company´s sites worldwide or assume the role of Specialist, Pharmaceutical Technical Support based in the US. You will be prepared for the following areas of responsibility during the two-year Trainee Program.
Pre-sales:
- Point-of-contact to support existing and new customers in all pharmaceutical-technical cooperation and discussions with Vetter
- Represent Vetter in global and regional industry tradeshows and professional conferences
- Support communication and services between Vetter- and customer experts
- Establish long-term and trustful relationships with customers
- Compile development efforts and manufacturing costs
- Work with the Sales team to generate proposals in response to customers’ needs
Post-sales:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings during post-sales
- Hand over to the Project Management team for project realization phase
- Support Lifecycle Management activities
