Social Media Intern
The Carol Glanville campaign is seeking a qualified and motivated social media intern to assist with campaign communications. Internship can go through the end of the year or can be indefinite. Interns will be paid $18/hour, and will be expected to work between 15 and 20 hours per week, though hours are negotiable and flexible.
Responsibilities - Job responsibilities vary from day to day, but could include:
-Management of social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
-Keeping up with a social media schedule and ensuring consistent posting and page
growth
-Staffing community events and taking pictures and video for social media
-Filming and editing videos and creating graphics to assist with the communications plan
Qualifications - Not all qualifications must be met in order to apply!
-Experience in social media account management
-Timeliness and attention to detail
-Experience in canva or some form of graphic design
-Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Self-starter and fast learner
-Experience in filming and editing videos for social media
