Lead Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Compassionate Connections. In this role, you will work directly with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and providing consistent, high-quality therapy. You will collaborate with a BCBA to support clients in building important life skills while creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
