What You'll Do
- Engage with Technical Leaders: Run discovery calls with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Senior Developers
- Deliver Compelling Demos: Show how Blitzy's AI platform transforms their development process
- Own Complex Sales Cycles: From first touch through proof-of-concept to contract close
- Drive Customer Success: Manage relationships post-sale to expand Blitzy usage across enterprises
- Review AI-Generated Code: Work with clients to validate autonomously developed repositories
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Bridge our AI engineering team with customer needs
What We're Looking For
Required
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (exceptional undergrads considered)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering workflows
- Competitive mindset with proven track record of excellence (sports, debate, competitions, academics)
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and compellingly
- Excitement about startup environments and high ownership

- Experience managing technical projects or teams
