What You'll Do

  • Engage with Technical Leaders: Run discovery calls with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Senior Developers
  • Deliver Compelling Demos: Show how Blitzy's AI platform transforms their development process
  • Own Complex Sales Cycles: From first touch through proof-of-concept to contract close
  • Drive Customer Success: Manage relationships post-sale to expand Blitzy usage across enterprises
  • Review AI-Generated Code: Work with clients to validate autonomously developed repositories
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Bridge our AI engineering team with customer needs

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (exceptional undergrads considered)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering workflows
  • Competitive mindset with proven track record of excellence (sports, debate, competitions, academics)
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and compellingly
  • Excitement about startup environments and high ownership

You'll Stand Out If You Have

  • Experience managing technical projects or teams
