$500 Hiring Bonus for Full-Time Direct Support Professionals and $300 for Mentors!

Top Pay & Career Growth For Direct Support Professionals and Mentors:

  • DSPs -$19.50 TO $22.25/hr starting pay for those with 5+ years of experience
  • Mentors - $18.00 
  • Earn up to an additional $1.75/hr within your first year through our Career Ladder
  • Full-time, part-time, and per-dem shifts available

  • Complete our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course and Medication Administration Certification (AMAP) in your first year
