
Product Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of our software product. You will act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to ensure we deliver high-value solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong communication, and deep empathy for the user.
Person needs to be an entrepreneur and be comfortable / excited to help grow a small fintech. That means wearing many hats, no egos and a true team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and technical feasibility
Lead product launches including planning, positioning, and marketing coordination
Measure product performance using KPIs and iterate based on feedback and data
Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally
Ensure compliance, security, and scalability in all product solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
1-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or product management, preferably in banking, payments or financial services
Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle
Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Aha!)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions
User-centric mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with APIs, data platforms, or technical product domains
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Understanding of UX design principles and user testing
Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments
Fully remote with some minor travel (i.e. 2-4 days per month, but carefully planned).
