General Information
This is the U.S. Wasserman Music application for Fall 2025 in-person internship opportunities. It is intended for current university students in their junior or senior year. Please only submit this application once per cycle.
Key Dates

Internship start date: Monday, September 8, 2025
Duration: 6-10 weeks, part-time, in-person
Locations & Departments
Internships are in-person at one of our offices: Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, or Chicago.
Applicants may indicate their preferred location and department. Please note that you must be available to come in-office for the duration of your internship.
About the Internship
This part-time, in-person program is for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in college. Students must provide proof of credit eligibility before starting.
Internship opportunities are available in four areas:
- Non-Touring: Corporate functions including Operations, DE&I/Social Impact, Accounting, and Business & Legal Affairs
- Touring: Tour Marketing, Digital Services, and Representing Agent teams
- Booking: Securing performances at fairs, festivals, colleges, and other venues
- Brand Partnerships: Developing innovative partnerships for artists across the Music Division and the broader Wasserman network
Interns gain hands-on experience and exposure to agency functions, including:
- Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system
- Generating tour itineraries and understanding tour routings
- Assisting with artist immigration processes
- Shadowing agent teams to learn about client services and workflow
- Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports to understand tour marketing
- Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives

Requirements
- Passion for the music and entertainment industry
- Ability to work in one of our 4 offices for the duration of the internship program
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Computer literacy – prior experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
- Fact-based, hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach
- Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or master’s program
Additional Details
This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive academic credit as compensation and must provide proof of eligibility during the interview process.
