Position Overview
We’re hiring a Asset Product Management Team Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of client-facing assets (dashboards, widgets, bots, reports). You’ll own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, ensuring our solutions directly address user pain points and deliver measurable outcome. This role requires deep empathy for users, a passion for translating insights into high-impact assets, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. User-first mindset: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to uncover pain points, workflows, and unmet needs across MSP segments. Develop client personas and usage scenarios to guide asset design and prioritization. Serve as the voice of the client in cross-functional discussions, advocating for user-centric solutions. Build trusted relationships with key clients to deepen product adoption and gather candid feedback.
2. Rapid prototyping: Lead a team of asset product managers in rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating assets based on client feedback. Partner with data analysts to ensure assets are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with user mental models. Establish feedback loops with clients and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to prioritize enhancements and fixes.
3. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management: Maintain a dynamic asset roadmap that balances strategic priorities with client-driven improvements. Present asset updates, roadmaps, and success metrics to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure assets are released with clear value propositions, adoption strategies and other collaterals tailored to client segments, assisting the marketing and the sales teams for Go-To-Market strategies for launching assets.
4. Data-drive performance measurement: Define and track user-centric KPIs (e.g., adoption rate, feature usage, client satisfaction). Analyze asset performance to identify gaps and opportunities. Iterate on assets to maximize time-to-value and ROI for clients.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years leading product teams in SaaS, analytics, workflow automation software.
2. Proven expertise in user interview, research and segmentation methods.
3. Track record of rapidly iterating products based on client feedback in agile environments.
4. Strong ability to synthesize complex workflows into simple, actionable asset designs.
5. Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to clients and executives.
6. Proficiency with product management/growth tools (e.g., Jira, UserPilot) and analytics platforms.
7. Passion for GenAI powered workflow automation.
8. Passion for understanding and solving problems for MSPs (experience in MSP industry a plus).
