Ode Founding Ambassador (On Campus)

Ode Founding Ambassador

You're already the person who makes plans happen. Come do it on purpose.

Five students. One campus. You won't be handing out flyers for ode - you'll be deciding what Ode is at Georgia Tech.

Every campus has a handful of people who are the reason anything happens. The one in the group chat who turns "we should" into "we're leaving in 20." You know if that's you. We're building the first version of Ode at GT around five of you, and what you bring - your circles, your taste, your judgment about what's actually fun here - is not a part of the job. It's the whole job. That's why we want you specifically.

Your week

Post and host 3 things on ode. Things you'd do anyway. Midnight ramen. A Piedmont run. A bad movie with a good crowd. If it sounds like an assignment, you're doing it wrong.

30 minutes with the founding team. You talk, we listen. A real amount of what we build next will come out of that call.

One post, in your voice. No scripts. No approved captions. If it sounds like marketing, we've failed you.

Your month

Your first 100. A hundred people from your world, on ode because of you. Not cold outreach - your dorm, your major, your people. These become the first hundred humans on a campus that's about to feel very different.

Coffee with the founder. Not a check-in. A conversation.

Your semester

One activation that's yours. Your idea, our budget, your name on it.

What you get

$100/week, plus $200 in incentives per semester. For making plans with your friends. We're aware of how that sounds.

Founding merch at the kickoff dinner. A small number of people will ever have it. You'll be one of them.

In the room, all summer and through launch week. Every founding-team dinner, every late night, every "should we actually do this" - you're there.

A direct line to Aditi. Text, call, Slack, 1 a.m., whatever. Not a manager. A collaborator.

A letter of recommendation that actually means something - from someone who watched you build a thing from zero, for internships, grad school, and full-time roles.

First pick on ode roles as we grow. You were here first. That will always be true.

Public "Founding Five" credit at launch - LinkedIn, press, Ode's own channels. Whatever Ode becomes, there will be five names attached to how it started.

The details

July 30 - November 30, with the option to keep going into spring. About 5–7 hours a week - roughly a dinner and a coffee.

Who we're actually looking for

Connectors. The person in the dorm, the major, the friend group who already makes plans happen. We care about action, not polish. If you read this and thought that's literally me - it probably is.

Five spots. Tell us why it's you.
