
Accounting Assistant Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriental and experienced Accounting Assistant Manager to support our accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and help drive strategic initiatives. This roll includes overseeing core financial functions, maintaining compliance, managing internal controls, and mentoring the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting functions including A/R, A/P, GL, cost, and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting personnel.
- Provide financial insights to support business planning and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
- Proficient in GAAP, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
