Power Engineer Internship (Electrical/Mechanical)

Cross Canyon Engineering, LLC is an electrical engineering consulting company. Our offices in Colorado are in Fort Collins, Cortez, and Steamboat Springs. We also have offices in Albuquerque, NM, Ogallala, NE, and El Paso, TX. Our client base includes generation and transmission operators as well as electrical distribution providers. We are looking for an electrical engineer capable of helping our company continue to grow.

Requirements

Pursuing BS in engineering - Electrical or Mechanical 

Internship will include power system design in the following areas:

-Protective Relaying & Control

-Substations

-Power System Planning & Studies

-Distribution & Transmission

-Generation Interconnection

-Industrial

Exposure to electrical testing of substation, generation, and industrial equipment.

Internships near our office locations are preferred.
