Operations Manager

An industry-leading specialty retailer is seeking a passionate and organized Operations Manager to lead store operations in Scottsdale, AZ. Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading team members, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the sales floor and back-of-house operations.

๐Ÿ›’ Oversee all store operations including inventory accuracy, labor budgeting, shrink control, and e-commerce fulfillment
๐Ÿงพ Manage associate scheduling, performance, and development to maintain an engaged, high-performing team
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandising standards, and safety policies
๐Ÿ“ˆ Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to optimize productivity
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment that reflects the brand's values
๐Ÿ’ฌ Act as a liaison with corporate partners to resolve store issues through ticketing systems

Requirements:

๐Ÿ“š College degree or equivalent leadership experience
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Proven experience managing teams and store operations
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong verbal and written communication skills
๐Ÿ“Š Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
๐Ÿง  Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป Familiar with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
โš–๏ธ P&L accountability and strong business acumen
๐Ÿงโ€โ™‚๏ธ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
