Operations Manager

Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading team members, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the sales floor and back-of-house operations.

🛒 Oversee all store operations including inventory accuracy, labor budgeting, shrink control, and e-commerce fulfillment
🧾 Manage associate scheduling, performance, and development to maintain an engaged, high-performing team
🛠️ Ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandising standards, and safety policies
📈 Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to optimize productivity
👥 Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment that reflects the brand's values
💬 Act as a liaison with corporate partners to resolve store issues through ticketing systems

Requirements:

📚 College degree or equivalent leadership experience
👥 Proven experience managing teams and store operations
🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
📊 Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
🧠 Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
🧑‍💻 Familiar with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
⚖️ P&L accountability and strong business acumen
🧍‍♂️ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
