Fitness Studio Manager

SOFLO Ninja Academy is looking for a full-time Gym Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire our team, and help us deliver exceptional experiences for every ninja who walks through our doors.

As the heartbeat of our gym, you’ll manage both the front desk and coaching staff, work alongside our head coach, and be a hands-on problem solver who ensures everything from class schedules to cleaning supplies runs like a well-oiled machine.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

Be the face of the gym—greeting customers, answering phones, handling check-ins, and representing SOFLO’s welcoming, upbeat culture.

Manage weekly staff schedules for front desk and coaching teams.

Oversee and update the class schedule to align with gym priorities and instructor availability.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym—including:

Monitoring and replenishing cleaning products, snacks, drinks, and merchandise

Scheduling deep cleans

Weekly bathroom checks (e.g., pee pad replacement, mop head changes)

Track and monitor inventory of merchandise and cleaning supplies.

Maintain the gym’s CRM (e.g., class bookings, failed transactions, unpaid services) and follow up to resolve issues.

Send weekly reports on membership numbers, sales, and operations to ownership.

Support the coordination of events, camps, and private bookings alongside other team leaders.

Keep the gym running smoothly by leading by example and holding staff accountable in a positive, professional way.

✅ Who You Are

You’ve managed a gym, wellness studio, or fitness facility before (or a similar fast-paced environment).

You’re organized, assertive, and a natural leader who people respect and listen to.

You know how to juggle priorities and don’t crack under pressure.

You’re upbeat, reliable, and passionate about making the gym a welcoming place for kids, families, and adults alike.

You’ve worked with wellness/studio CRMs before (e.g., Mindbody, WellnessLiving, Zen Planner).

You care about the small things—clean bathrooms, organized shelves, happy members.

You’re flexible to work full-time with availability every other weekend.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience
