We’re hiring a Data Collection Intern to support the training of our AI Advisor product. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for students or recent grads excited about the intersection of AI, behavioral data, and product development.

Responsibilities
Use Aldea’s internal tools to help collect and structure data used in AI training
Research and organize prompts, questions, and content from expert sources
Identify patterns in user behavior and conversational responses
Assist with labeling, formatting, and curating training data
Collaborate with the Content and Product teams to ensure high-quality datasets
Help test outputs from AI Advisors for quality and accuracy

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science or a related field
Comfortable with structured and unstructured data
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Flexible availability (20 hours/week)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Based in Miami (required)

Nice-to-Have
Experience with prompt writing or large language model platforms
Interest in voice AI, behavior data, or user experience
