Join a compassionate and energetic team at our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic, where we provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services for children with autism and other developmental delays. This is a great opportunity for college students pursuing degrees in psychology, education, special education, occupational therapy, or related fields.
Job Summary:
As an ABA Clinic Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and contribute directly to the care and development of our clients. You’ll assist in therapy preparation, engage in active play, and help maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and distributing individualized treatment materials
Gather toys, activities, and preferred reinforcers for clients
Prepare meals and snacks as needed for clients
Assist in toileting routines and hygiene care
Provide direct 1:1 support during ABA therapy sessions under supervision
Actively engage in play and therapeutic activities with children
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Support data collection and documentation as directed by therapists
Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in college
Passionate about working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays. Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, twist, and engage in active play
Must pass a felony background check and employment verification
Dependable, patient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in childcare, ABA, or related field is a plus, but not required
