Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client, an established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator to join our manufacturing operations team. This role supports the day-to-day supply chain functions—such as procurement, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment—with a strong focus on accurate data entry and basic accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain purchase orders, inventory transactions, and shipment records in ERP or inventory systems.
  • Support the procurement team with vendor communications, order confirmations, and pricing updates.
  • Assist in tracking raw material usage, deliveries, and supplier lead times.
  • Perform basic cost tracking and invoice matching to purchase orders.
  • Reconcile inventory counts and report variances or discrepancies to the team.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely processing of supply chain-related transactions.
  • Generate and distribute routine reports (e.g., inventory levels, order status, delivery performance) for internal use.
  • Assist in cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, accounting, or data entry—preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to basic accounting principles such as accounts payable, inventory valuation, or invoice matching.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or warehouse operations.
