Senior Software Developer

Our application development, both web and mobile, outlook strives for consumer and B2B interaction with our products in new and unique ways, requiring up-to-date knowledge and advisory skills on terminology, concepts, and best practices. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be core to the development of the product, communicating with design, marketing or leadership teams as needed to go over any updates or concerns. 

You will be working closely with the product team, to go over the wireframes of the UX/UI and user stories to help create HANGER.  We are looking for a competent, confident and hungry Software Engineer who is an entrepreneur, has a winning attitude, places importance on self-improvement and executes flawlessly.  Beyond a doubt, we have an exciting roadmap ahead for HANGER – thus necessitating growth and expansion on our team!


Requirements

  • Understanding of logical decision structures
  • Ability to write application code for Mini apps, iOS and Android platforms
  • Experience with languages and technologies like using Swift, Typescript, Golang, Python, Docker, MongoDB.
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and distributed computing concepts
  • Understanding of SCM concepts and able to use tools like git for versioning via Github
  • Flexible in handling requests and able to switch tasks quickly if needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leverage asynchronous communication platforms for team discussions such as Slack.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Out of Box thinker and creator
  • Good eye for detail and consistency; no detail is too small or insignificant
  • Excellent collaboration skills and visual communication ability
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Attend the weekly engineering calls 1 hour per week. Also attend the product team meeting once in a month to go over the updates.
