Videographer, Brand Storytelling Intern
Do you have a filmmaker’s eye and a storyteller’s heart? This is your chance to help fight plastic waste and bring a powerful brand to life alongside an amazing creative team.
About HIRO:
HIRO Technologies™ is reinventing diapers with fungi-powered innovation to fight plastic waste. Founded by Miki Agrawal (THINX, TUSHY) and backed by a world-class team, we’re launching the first MycoDigestible™ diaper in 2025 — a high-performance, beautifully designed product that breaks down naturally. About the Role:
We’re looking for a visual storyteller in the making — someone who’s fluent in short-form video, excited about editing and animation, and hungry to grow.
You’ll work directly with our founder, Miki Agrawal, and creative leadership to help shape the visual language of the HIRO brand — from shoot to screen. You’ll be a hands-on creator helping us develop a wide range of content across ads, social, brand, and behind-the-scenes.
This role is in-person in Austin, TX.
What You’ll Do:
Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form video content
Bring brand and product moments to life through animation or motion graphics
Help us create a cohesive visual identity across platforms
Capture content live on set, in the field, and around our team and process
Work closely with Miki to translate brand vision into engaging, shareable assets
Who You Are:
A junior or senior undergrad, or a grad student in film, media, design, or something totally unexpected
Passionate about visual storytelling, with editing and/or animation skills
Comfortable shooting on-location and working quickly with high taste level
Obsessed with social content, emerging trends, and visual culture
Eager to learn from the best and build something meaningful
Bonus if you’re at UT Austin — especially from Moody, RTF, Design, or Texas Creative — but all majors welcome if you’ve got the spark.
