Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the AT&T brand in-store by engaging with customers and understanding their wireless needs
- Assist customers with selecting phones, plans, and accessories based on their lifestyle and budget
- Process orders, upgrades, and activations using tablet-based POS and carrier systems
- Troubleshoot basic device issues and support customers with setting up features and apps
- Educate customers on new promotions, products, and service features
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and ensure all displays are up to brand standards
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily and weekly sales goals
