About the Role

As a Customer Proposition Specialist at Southeastern Grocers, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our brands—Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket—by transforming customer insights into impactful marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate across departments and with senior leadership to develop data-informed value propositions that resonate with our customers and drive long-term growth.

This role is a great fit for someone early in their marketing, business, or strategy career—whether you’ve completed an internship, supported a marketing team, or are looking to deepen your strategic skills in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of strategic customer value propositions and quarterly marketing plans that drive brand awareness, perception, and performance

Translate data and research into insights that guide campaign direction and business decisions

Write clear, actionable briefs that connect customer insights to creative execution

Track and evaluate campaign results, identifying learnings to improve future efforts

Stay current on market trends and consumer behavior
