Business Development Intern (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week, Remote )

$20/hour · Min. 8-month commitment · Start: Immediate

NOYACK is a personal wealth platform built for Millennials and Gen Z. We combine financial education, AI-driven tools, and access to private market investments.

We operate two programs:

NOYACK Wealth Club (nonprofit): Educational content including the #1 newsletter on alternatives and personal finance

NOYACK Investing Club: Curated portfolios (venture, fine art, real estate) accessible to non-accredited investors

What You’ll Do (Weekly Responsibilities)

You’ll work directly with the Founder and Growth team to find, contact, and convert strategic partners and distribution channels.

 

  • 🔎 Partnership Research & Outreach

Identify 5–10 new prospects each week (fintech platforms, communities, newsletters)

Draft and send outbound messages via HubSpot, email, or LinkedIn

Help build decks and co-branded proposals

  • 📈 Lead Management & CRM

Track progress in HubSpot and ClickUp

Log conversations, organize contacts, flag follow-ups

  • 💡 Campaign & Strategy Support

Monitor reply rates, conversion rates, and performance

Attend internal growth meetings and document takeaways

Test new copy, formats, and channels to improve outreach

 

Requirements

Minimum availability: 8 months

Weekly time: 20–30 hours

Location: Remote

 

Who You Are

Enrolled student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or related field

You’ve written outreach emails or DMs for a campaign or event before

You enjoy experimenting with different types of messaging and tracking results

You’re comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Notion, or ClickUp—or willing to learn fast

Optional: You’ve worked on partnerships, growth teams, or startups

 

Compensation

$20/hour

Potential for full-time role based on performance
