Responsibilities:

- Assist in the purification of proteins from plant and bacterial systems

- Conduct protein expression, purification, and characterization experiments

- Utilize various protein analysis methods including concentration determination, SDS-PAGE, and Western blot analysis

- Employ chromatography techniques for effective protein separation

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines

- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results

Skills:

- Knowledge of protein expression and purification techniques

- Proficiency in protein analysis methods such as SDS-PAGE and Western blotting

- Familiarity with chromatography techniques

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

- B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field

- 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience
