As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative Intern (Unpaid) to join our team and help us drive the next phase of our expansion.

 

In this unique role, you will work directly with our senior leadership team to generate leads, nurture potential partners, and help pave the way for future partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and business development, while being a key player in the growth of a cutting-edge AI-driven product.

 

The Role:

As our Sales Development Representative Intern (Unpaid), you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to university partners whose students would benefit from our AI-powered interview prep tools. Working directly with our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in generating early-stage leads and laying the groundwork for future partnership opportunities. You’ll gain a broad range of exposure to sales strategies, CRM tools, and startup operations—all while contributing directly to the company’s success.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential leads through research and outbound outreach. Use tools like LinkedIn, databases, and online resources to build a solid lead pipeline.
  • Outbound Outreach: Reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other methods to introduce them to our platform and generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to qualify them based on their needs and potential fit for our product. Pass qualified leads to senior leadership for conversion.
  • Nurture Relationships: Send personalized follow-up emails, product updates, and case studies to keep leads engaged and move them through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and Head, Partnerships to ensure alignment on strategy, feedback, and customer insights.
  • CRM Management: Help manage our CRM by tracking all leads, follow-ups, and conversations to ensure smooth communication and reporting.
  • Market & Product Insights: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our messaging, product offerings, and sales approach. Provide valuable insights to senior leadership based on your conversations with leads.

  • Comfortable with Uncertainty: In a startup environment, things can move quickly, and flexibility is key. You are adaptable and excited about contributing to multiple facets of the business.

Duration:

  • A 4-month internship, August 11, 2025, to December 19, 2025
  • Type: Part-Time
  • A minimum of 15 hours weekly commitment is required.
