About Us
MM Strategic Solutions is a woman-owned startup that connects college students with real-world, project-based internships that matter. We work directly with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and change-makers to design scoped internships aligned with students’ academic and professional goals.
This project centers around a solo founder of a mission-driven small business who is buried in disconnected tools, scattered processes, and recurring admin work. She’s looking to consolidate everything into a centralized, efficient Smartsheet system—built around how she works, and designed for future growth.
What You Might Work On
- Building client intake and contact systems
- Automating proposal generation and project tracking
- Designing dashboards and internal tools
- Creating onboarding materials and system documentation
Who You Are
We’re looking for thoughtful, self-directed students excited to work on a meaningful, real-world challenge. Ideal candidates are:
- Strong communicators
- Curious researchers or planners
- Comfortable working independently with weekly check-ins and feedback
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Passionate about sustainability, disability inclusion, or mission-driven innovation

Internship Details
Time Commitment: ~10 hours/week for 18 weeks
Format: 100% remote + async-friendly with weekly check-ins
Start Date: Rolling, beginning August 2025
Compensation: $500 stipend for completed deliverables
Eligibility: Open to all majors; may be a great fit for students in sustainability, business, environmental studies, entrepreneurship, special education, or social impact
