UI/UX Designer Intern (Unpaid)

Job Description: Woyage.AI is seeking a UI/UX Designer Intern (Unpaid) to design the user interface and user experience of our AI-powered platform for recruitment services. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will work with senior members of the project team in a very agile, fun, and exciting environment. This position directly reports to a Senior UI/UX Designer.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces applying UX Best practices.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop a comprehensive vision for the platform.
  • Effectively use tools like  Figma or Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or similar to deliver user interface designs that meet business goals and user expectations.
     

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication Design,  Interaction Design, UX/UI, User Experience, Information Design, Creative Design or equivalent coursework.
  • Knowledge\Experience in creating concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Knowledge\Experience in  UX principles, user-centered design principles, and the ability to conduct usability tests and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Knowledge\Experience in tools like Figma or Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge\Experience in Saas-based AI tools and services.
  • Knowledge\Experience in Scrum\Agile.
  • Knowledge\Experience in collaboration and development tools (Git, Slack, Confluence, Jira). 
     

Duration:

  • A 4-month internship, August 11, 2025, to December 18, 2025.
  • Type: Part-Time
  • A minimum of 15 hours weekly commitment is required.
     

Compensation:

  • Unpaid.
